Invisalign
Invisalign® straightens teeth without wires and brackets, using a series of clear, removable appliances called aligners. Dr. Carlin Weaver is a DIAMOND Invisalign provider, which means she is in the top 1% of Invisalign providers in North America - an elite group! Dr. Weaver and her staff are specially trained to move teeth using aligners, so you won’t hear “We can’t use Invisalign for this” in our office. With a combination of virtual appointments and in-person appointments, Dr. Weaver tracks her patients' progress and ensures treatment is moving along as safely and quickly as possible. Our 3D-printed clear braces are customized to fit your specific teeth, because your teeth are more unique than snowflakes. This means faster treatment times and better comfort.

Metal braces
Metal braces are the most common type of braces. They are made of high-quality, durable stainless steel. The brackets, which are bonded to the front of each tooth, are connected by the archwire, which helps guide the teeth into the correct positions. Today's metal braces are smaller, more comfortable, and more attractive than what existed even just 10 years ago. We see our braces patients about every 8-12 weeks to change the colors, wires and check brushing!

3D Scanning for Impressions & Visualizing results

This means you'll spend less time in the chair, and it results in a much more accurate diagnosis and overall treatment. The best part is that you will see your teeth and your bite from every angle, which allows you and Dr. Weaver to have an in-depth discussion of all your treatment concerns and needs. The best part is that we can give you an idea of what your teeth will look like after orthodontic treatment!

Airway Issues & Sleep Apnea
Does your child snore, breathe through their mouth, have attention issues or wet the bed? These issues may be related to an airway obstruction, and can impact the way the jaws and bones develop. Dr. Weaver is specially trained to recognize the signs and symptoms of an airway obstruction. Early intervention orthodontics can correct the size of the jaws, which can enable a child to breathe properly (and truly change a life!). Depending on your child's needs, Dr. Weaver may refer to other airway specialists, such as an ENT to evaluate the tonsils and adenoids, a myofunctional therapist to improve tongue posture, or a periodontist to release a tongue tie. Dr. Weaver is a member of the Academy of Dental Sleep Medicine and is passionate about helping children breathe properly.
